Bills of quantities and KSS
Quantities in the design, in the contract and on site have to be comparable. That is the basis for measurement and for awarding work.
We prepare and review KSS and bills of quantities, compare them with executed works, and prepare quantity appendices and briefs.
The work is quantitative and documentary. We do not guarantee a budget and we do not control how the parties spend.
