Public procurement and EU funding
The technical and administrative side of a procedure or an EU-funded project is kept as a working file — from the brief to the reports.
We prepare tender documents, technical specifications and bills of quantities, support project proposals and keep the file and reporting.
We do not replace the contracting authority and we do not provide legal representation on public procurement. Legal points are handled with a qualified lawyer.
CARE is not a law firm and does not act as contracting authority. On public-procurement procedures we work with a qualified lawyer.
