Measurement, acts and protocols
Executed works are recorded in time — with quantities, protocols and appendices, not reconstructed later.
CARE measures the works, prepares applications, quantity protocols and appendices, and tracks signatures. Acts and protocols are prepared in line with the applicable regulations.
We do not sign documents that the law reserves for a specifically qualified person. We do not certify that the works exist on site — we keep the file from the measurements and documents supplied.
CARE does not replace construction supervision and does not sign acts reserved for a specifically qualified person. Those documents are prepared for signature by that person.
