Technical representative of the investor
The investor has one counterpart for the technical and administrative side of the project.
We attend meetings, keep communication with contractors and designers, track the file and progress, and prepare reports for the investor.
This is not construction supervision. We do not take the statutory role of supervisor or designer. We work as the investor’s external technical office.
This service is not construction supervision under Bulgarian law and does not replace the licensed supervisor or designer.
