CARE Consulting works for construction companies, investors and developers that need the technical and administrative organisation of a project — without building an in-house department for every site.
What we do
CARE takes on the technical and administrative organisation of the construction project: contracts, bills of quantities, measurement, construction documentation, coordination and project management.
We are not a contractor, a law firm, a design office, a construction supervisor or a general bookkeeping practice. Where the law requires a qualified person, we work with that person. Our work is organising the file and coordinating the parties.
Separately we keep accounts shaped for construction and investment companies — by site, subcontractors, measurement and financing.
